Crowned the winner, the Prawn Salad Sandwich

We asked. You voted.

We asked the subscribers of our TOAST newsletter (sign up here if you haven’t already…) to give us the low down on their favourite sarnie. We wanted to know which sandwich was their all-time favourite and the flavour that they choose every single time.

Flavours in the running included:

  • Ploughmans

  • Chicken Salad

  • Egg Mayonnaise

  • Coronation Chicken

  • Ham Salad

  • Peanut Butter & Jam

  • Prawn Salad

  • BLT (Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato)

  • Tuna Salad

Prawn won hands down. No contest. Peanut Butter & Jam didn’t even get a look in! 😳

And how did the others do?

We were feeling really creative and made this lovely pie chart (thanks to Meta-chart.com. Thanks guys!) to display the results in very-non-TOAST-colours. 😁 In joint second place was BLT and Ploughmans, and equal fourth were the chickens- Coronation Chicken and Chicken Salad.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, and shared their favourite sarnie flavour.
