MULTI-SEED

A country style multi-seed bread with oats and rye. If you like granary you'll love this. Great with loads of butter and your favourite jam.

CLASSIC SOURDOUGH

Fermented for 48 hours, a strong, tangy crust and soft, open texture. For us, this makes sensational toast.

WHOLEMEAL SOURDOUGH

Basically, a wholemeal version of our "classic sourdough" with a rich colour, loads of flavour and a good crust.

CHOLLA

Traditional plaited Jewish sweet bread. Lovely soft, fluffy loaf with a subtle sweet taste.

A traditional French country bread, made with 20% rye starter flour, for added texture and flavour, and a small amount of yeast.

IRISH SODA

100% yeast free, traditional Irish country loaf made with buttermilk. This bread is hand mixed to keep the. texture soft and crumbly. Made using a mixture of white and wholemeal flour.
